Health first, Fitness second

One of my clients told me that his mother used to say, “if you don’t have your health, you don’t have your wealth.”

Obviously, there are a few ways to interpret this… and, of course, everyone has their own idea of defining health (and wealth).

In my opinion, fitness is really about the measurement of your health.  Are you the strongest, fastest, best you possible?

That’s what I do with my clients.  I constantly measure their fitness levels with a variety of different tools.

Some people find this to be VERY motivating! I am always amazed at the work ethic and self-discipline my clients develop with this type of monitoring.

Over the long term, this type of fitness training can lead to a very positive impact on overall well-being.

Ultimately, I want you to feel like you are the BEST “version of yourself.”
